Customer RMA Request Form

Dear Valued Customer:

If you encounter any problems with systems delivered by Thales Canada, Systems Division, please use this Returned Material Authorization (RMA) form to report the situation to the company. Please return the form by either e-mail or fax. The central e-mail address for Customer Support issues is support@ca.thalesgroup.com. A fax should be sent to the ILS Manager at (613) 723-5600. You will receive a response within one (1) business day.

If your problem is critical, contact the ILS Manager directly at (613) 723-7000.
