"Configuration Management Seminars"

Thales Systems Canada Inc. (Thales Systems) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a contract by Supply and Services Canada on behalf of the Department of National Defence to develop and conduct a series of Configuration Management (CM) seminars for personnel within the Maritime Engineering and Maintenance Division (DGMEM) at National Defence Headquarters (NDHQ) in Hull, Quebec. The purpose of the seminars is to train DGMEM’s Life Cycle Materiel Managers in the general theory and objectives of CM. The seminars focus on Naval policies and procedures and on CM programs developed for the Navy’s Updated Tribal Class Destroyers and Canadian Patrol Frigates. This contract is the latest to be awarded to Thales Systems and, in total, over 200 Life Cycle Managers will be trained.
